Attorney Stefan Winheller advises entrepreneurs on the tax implications of moving to the U.S., particularly in relation to existing company holdings in Germany (exit taxation). One focus of his work is providing tax advice on the formation of a U.S. company and the associated choice of U.S. corporate form from a tax perspective.
